SIPEASY Outbound Routes: Plan Your International Calling

07 Aug, 2026
Plan outgoing calls with SIPEASY CLI, nCLI and TDM routes, KYC-free registration and confirmed PBX packages for your team.

International outbound calling starts with a practical question: which destinations does your business need to reach, and what should happen on those calls? SIPEASY focuses on outgoing voice routes, with CLI, nCLI and TDM offerings. Registration and outbound route access are available without KYC.

Describe the traffic before choosing a route

A country name is a useful starting point, but a traffic brief should go further. List the destination networks where known, the expected volume, your busiest calling periods and the caller-ID behavior your workflow needs. Include your current SIP device or PBX setup so the connection requirements can be discussed alongside the route.

For a reseller, keep customer traffic profiles separate during evaluation. For an internal calling team, begin with the destinations and time windows used in normal operations. A representative test is more useful than a large test that does not resemble the intended workload.

CLI, nCLI and TDM at SIPEASY

SIPEASY's route offering prioritizes CLI, nCLI and TDM. Discuss the required option for each destination, including caller-ID handling and the applicable tariff. Record the agreed route details before moving production traffic.

Where caller identification matters, include it in the test criteria: use an identity you are authorized to present and verify the result on the receiving side. Keep the chosen route, destination and observed behavior together in the test record.

Make route testing repeatable

  1. Choose a small set of representative destination numbers you are authorized to call.
  2. Use the same device, network and calling workflow for the comparison.
  3. Check call setup, two-way audio and caller-ID behavior where relevant.
  4. Inspect the corresponding call records and charges.
  5. Share specific examples with support before increasing traffic.

Track when each test happened and retain the call identifier. Compare similar destinations and time periods. The aim is a decision based on your own calling experience and billing records, with enough detail to investigate an unexpected result.

Add PBX tools when the team needs them

Outbound connectivity can be the first step. The basic No package option has a $0 monthly package fee, one SIP device and pay-as-you-go calling at the applicable tariff.

Paid PBX packages add practical team tools: Minimum is $50 per month with three SIP devices, 1 GB of recording storage, SPY and Whisper. Standard is $100 per month with five devices, 2 GB, SPY, Whisper and BLF. Pro is $250 per month with up to twenty devices, 5 GB, SPY, Whisper, BLF and recording delivery by email or Telegram.

Try Standard for one month free. Sign in to your SIPEASY panel and activate the offer yourself using its dedicated button. Standard normally costs $100/month. Outgoing calls remain chargeable at the applicable tariff. See current packages and call rates.

Keep onboarding requirements clear

Registration and outgoing route access are KYC-free. DID numbers are a separate offering available by special order with KYC. Discuss the DID order requirements with support when your project needs one.

Prepare your next step

Send your destination list, expected traffic profile, required route type and device or PBX details through the SIPEASY contact page. You can also create an account and start preparing a controlled outbound test.
