Choosing Outbound VoIP: SIPEASY Routes, Onboarding and Packages

08 Jun, 2026
A factual guide to SIPEASY outgoing routes, KYC-free registration, pay-as-you-go access and paid PBX packages.

A useful voice-service comparison starts with the work your team needs to do. For SIPEASY, the central offering is outbound calling through CLI, nCLI and TDM routes. The practical decisions are the destination mix, the required calling behavior and the PBX tools your team will use.

Start with the outbound requirement

List the countries and destination networks you call, the expected volume and your busiest periods. Add the caller-ID requirements and the SIP device or PBX you operate. Use this same brief when evaluating options so that each discussion concerns the same workload.

SIPEASY offers CLI, nCLI and TDM routes. Ask for current details for the destinations in your brief and agree what to test before increasing production traffic.

KYC-free registration and route access

Registration and access to outgoing routes are available without KYC. The current registration form requires a first name, username, email address and password. Begin at the SIPEASY registration page.

DID numbers are available by special order with KYC. Include that requirement in your discussion with support when it is part of the project.

Separate calling costs from PBX package costs

The No package option has a $0 monthly package fee and supports one SIP device. You top up your balance and pay for calls at the applicable tariff. This gives a clear starting point for evaluating outgoing calls from one device.

Paid PBX packages provide additional devices and team features:

  • Minimum: $50/month, three SIP devices, 1 GB recording storage, SPY and Whisper.
  • Standard: $100/month, five SIP devices, 2 GB recording storage, SPY, Whisper and BLF.
  • Pro: $250/month, up to twenty SIP devices, 5 GB recording storage, SPY, Whisper, BLF and recording delivery by email or Telegram.

Try Standard for one month free. Sign in to your SIPEASY panel and activate the offer yourself using its dedicated button. Standard normally costs $100/month. Outgoing calls remain chargeable at the applicable tariff. See current packages and call rates.

Use the actual device and recording requirements of your team to choose a package. Keep the applicable route tariff in the same budget worksheet so the decision accounts for both service use and the selected package.

Evaluate a real calling workflow

A controlled test should cover call setup, two-way audio, caller-ID behavior where relevant and the corresponding charges. Use representative destinations and note the test time. Compare like-for-like results rather than relying on a single successful call.

For PBX features, decide who will use recording, SPY, Whisper or BLF and how those features fit into the team's work. The useful package is the one that matches that workflow and its device allowance.

Make the decision from verified terms

Keep a short decision sheet with the destination rates, chosen route type, package price, device count and recording allowance. Add the observed test results and any questions that still need a written answer.

Contact SIPEASY with your traffic brief and required team features. That is a more useful starting point than a general claim that one service is always faster or cheaper.
