Your SIPEASY Balance: Plan Calling Usage and PBX Charges
A clear balance plan makes everyday calling easier to manage. With SIPEASY, start by separating the outgoing traffic you intend to send from the PBX package your team chooses. The service focuses on CLI, nCLI and TDM outbound routes, with registration and outbound access available without KYC.

Start with pay-as-you-go calling
The basic No package option has a $0 monthly package fee and supports one SIP device. You top up your account and call at the applicable tariff. Review the rates for your real destinations when estimating how much balance to allocate.
Use an initial calling sample to check the resulting charges. Keep its dates and destinations together so you can compare the estimate with what actually happened.
Account for a paid package when selected
SIPEASY offers three paid PBX packages:
- Minimum, $50/month: three SIP devices, 1 GB recording storage, SPY and Whisper.
- Standard, $100/month: five SIP devices, 2 GB recording storage, SPY, Whisper and BLF.
- Pro, $250/month: up to twenty SIP devices, 5 GB recording storage, SPY, Whisper, BLF and recording delivery by email or Telegram.
Try Standard for one month free. Sign in to your SIPEASY panel and activate the offer yourself using its dedicated button. Standard normally costs $100/month. Outgoing calls remain chargeable at the applicable tariff. See current packages and call rates.
Review the activation and renewal terms shown in the account before choosing a paid package. Keep the package price in your balance plan alongside the expected calling spend.
Use the instructions shown for your top-up
Follow the current payment instructions in your account. Check the displayed amount, currency or network where applicable and the payment status. Retain the payment reference for your own records and for support if a payment needs investigation.
Use the official SIPEASY contact page when you need help. Send the relevant reference and a description of the issue; keep passwords, recovery phrases and other access secrets private.
Review the balance against actual use
Choose a regular review period. Record the opening balance, credited top-ups, calling charges, package charges shown in the account and the closing balance. Investigate a mismatch with specific records rather than estimating from the number of calls alone.
For an outbound team, also review the destination mix and calling periods. Changes in where and when the team calls can change the budget even when headcount stays the same.
Keep service requirements explicit
Registration and outbound route access are KYC-free. DID numbers are available by special order with KYC. If a DID is part of the project, confirm the order details separately with support.
Create a SIPEASY account to prepare your outbound setup. Choose the package around the devices, recording capacity and supervision tools your team actually needs.
